There are three main portions into which the beach is divided into, South Steyne, North Steyne and Queenscliff. The Fairy Bower and the Shelley Beach is situated close to Manly Beach. There is a walk way that goes along the sea.
If you happen to crazy about surfing, Fairy Bower is an obvious destination. The waves here are huge. The large right hand waves break right over the reef, providing a magnificent surfing experience. The beach is situated close to the Sydney Harbour National Park.
Shelley Beach is a top scuba divers favorite. The beach is incredibly popular with scuba divers, and the inland facing beach is one of the most unique in the entire eastern Australian coast.
