It is amazing how some places create their identities even when is they were isolated in the rest of the world. It takes huge time to build your image and create your own identity. Due to their geographic location they get almost isolated from the world but, they do exist. We human being just cannot live an isolated life. But there is such beautiful place that was isolated for a long period unless it was explored by the Dutch traveler Abel Tasman in 1642 but prior to its discovery the Polynesian Maori had landed during 800 AD on this land. Abel Tasman was the first European to witness this place and called it as’ Nieuw Zealand’.

Later on this land was officially christened as New Zealand, an island that rest itself in the south western of Pacific Ocean which encloses two landmass which are known as ‘ North Island’ and the’ south island’ even several small island are also wrapped in this region. New Zealand stands out of the world for its loneliness. Comprising an area of 103,483 sq km, it is almost 1260 miles away from Australia. As it was separated form the world for a longer time they acquired amazing fauna that was reined by birds in large number which went extinct after the settlement of human being.
