One such country that has accomplished it independence through very hardship is Eritrea. And to worsen they are still facing with the disasters of war that was started in 1900’s with Ethiopia. Situated on the northeast of Africa it embraces with a far-reaching coastline on the Red sea. Bounded by the Sudan in the west, while Ethiopia in the south and Djibouti resting in the southeast. Owing land of about 45,569 sq km it is home to five million folks.
Regardless of its numerous fluctuations, Eritrea brags on wealth of natural magnetism, counting an enormous range of wildlife. Elephants, lions, baboons, gazelles, leopards, ostriches and turtles are inhabitants of this country. You may witness angelfish, barracudas, butterfly and numerous species of crabs, sea cucumbers and jellyfish in abundance underneath the deep-sea waters of dazzling beaches.

Sheikh Said Island is famous for picnic spot.
The sepulchers of Sheikh el Amin and Muhammad Ibn Ali are significant sacred shrines which give a touch of spirituality that is located in Emberemi.
Travel to the pious sites of the Tomb of Said Abu Bakr el Mirgani and the Mariam de Arit. Debre Sina, near Elabered on the Asmara–Keren road, is also a remarkable religious site.
There are some pleasant beaches in the modern city of Asseb which makes you stress free.
The Dahlak Archipelago has been given national park class and comprises of more than two hundred islands with flat reef gardens and a variety of fish; as a result, proffering plentiful prospects for snorkeling and scuba-diving. Nevertheless, travelers are not allowed to visit alone.
Even though cycling is one of the countries admired sports, you won’t get bicycles for rent.
There are so many places to go and visit. And fortunately all there is good transportation system that is favored tourism. There airport is easily accessible from Asmara. Getting There by Road
